Copy of identification (for all family members)
Copy of family register
If your parents are divorced, please submit an original copy of the divorce certificate and of the divorce finalization letter
In case of death, please submit an original copy of the death certificate
Certificate of bank balance (It must be over $9,000)
Certificate of employment of parents and proof of income
Two ID photos (white background)
Financial and identity guarantee reference
Certificate of TB examination

All documents must be notarized in Korean or English

If applicant country is China, please choose one of the following A, B or C

A. Higher Education Certificate issued by (http://www.chsi.com.cn)
B. College entrance exam score or certificate of passing the entrance examination for high school issued by (http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn)
C. Consular certified education approval letter issued by the Korean Consulate in China

If applicant country is Vietnam, prepare both A and B below

If the applicant country is an Apostille member country, an apostille is required.
